Epidemic Sound AB, its affiliates and any production/content company designated by Epidemic Sound (collectively the “Released Entities”) may record, photograph, film and record this event (the “Recordings”). By attending and/or participating to this event, you consent to and grants to the Released Entities the non-revocable right to any and all use of the Recordings, including without limitation the right to edit, combine with other materials, make publicly available and reproduce the Recordings, including, by way of example only, the use of the name and the likeness of participants for marketing and/or promotional purposes, worldwide in perpetuity on any and all media, whether now known or hereafter created, as well as to sub-license and further assign such rights.
The Released Entities shall own all right, title and interest, including copyright, in and to the Recordings. To the extent that you may own any, you assign all present and future copyright owned by you in the Recordings to the Released Entities by participating in the event. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not attend and/or participate in this event.
